building contract, not working within a contract framework can
lead to serious complications during the course of a project, we
always work within a written contract on our projects, many
small builders do not. Our Small Works Contact is designed to protect both your interests (as the Client) and our interests (as the Contractor). Very basically, we agree to carry out specified works for a given price within a set timescale, you as the Client agree to pay for the works in the manner set out in the Contract. |
